Assistant Finance Manager (FP&A) (Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
- The position will be deeply involved in International FP&A, Commercial Finance and Project Finance
- Working closely with Sales, Solution, Delivery team to support project financial optimizations end-to-end, in line with internal policies, procedures and GAAP
- Supporting the GTM/presales on their pipeline, deal financials (gross margin, payment milestones), highlight and escalate risks and financial impact
- Supporting the Delivery team on their delivery target, project financials (actual and forecast) and control the budget via PO & resource controls, early headlights of cost overrun and work with PM on the roadmap to mitigate cost overrun or additional Vos
- Lead, oversee and manage the product line budgeting, financial forecasting, business results, operating plan and modeling tools
- Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial
recommendations to management for decision making purposes - Complete Financial reporting packages for product lines and report to HQ
- Support International Finance leaders to prepare senior leadership presentations, continuously provide process/system improvement recommendations, outsource accounting team efficiency improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree/ACCA/CPA or equivalent
- At least 6 years of Finance experience in Software/Hi-tech/Services industry with at least 3 years in similar capacity
- Experienced in Business Partnering with FP&A expertise in a Commercial environment is a must
- Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, Data modelling and Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prior candidates with Audit and 1-2 years in Commercial will be a plus
- We are on a hybrid work environment; you will be required to come into office 1-2x per week, the rest of the days will be working from home. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur
