Aston Carter is currently searching for qualified candidates for multiple Financial Service Representative positions with a reputable company in Colorado Springs, CO!

Job Description:

Service Associates will be supporting customers with their needs. This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day. Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Needing to change information, updating info. Will be looking at taking upwards of 40-60 calls per day. Will be working with a few different systems and web-based programs, 5-7 programs daily should be expected.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• Ability to multitask on different computer system
• Experience in a call center environment is essential, as Financial Services Representatives will often communicate with clients via phone, requiring strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
• The ability to empathize with clients and understand their financial needs and concerns is crucial for building trust and providing tailored financial advice and solutions.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
• This is a fully onsite position (with the opportunity to go hybrid)
