Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Supervisor/Manager is key to the efficient and effective working of our "Pathway To Success Series" school based programming as well as our community based systems change initiatives. This multi-faceted, innovative, and challenging role involves covering support both administratively and programmatically, while guiding our direct service team to success through completion of deliverables and project milestones. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to travel and work inside various South King County school districts managing direct staff outcomes such as direct service reports, project management tracking in collaboration with the executive director, uplifting the Build 2 Lead Brand through networking and executive level stakeholder meetings, assisting staff in building collaborative school based and community based committees, and tracking of of direct service staff professional development goals and trainings. Time will be split amongst current in-school and community-based projects. Your initial training will consist of Build 2 Lead's service model, FERPA Trainings, Certified Peer Counseling Trainings, Project Management Tracking, and if needed First-Aid and Restorative Circle Implementation training. You will be expected to grow within the organization and assist with tasks related to the financial and operational development of Build 2 Lead. You will also learn how to engage the community and build cross-sector partnerships by working directly with the Executive Director.
