A Day in the Life:

This role is known for being the finance business partner to the assigned region and assigned operational leadership team. 

The salary for this position starts at $115K; commensurate with experience. 

What You’ll Do:

FINANCIAL REPORTING

• Assist with project and capital management including new business and business transformation
• Project support including business case development and ROI
• Profitability analysis and improvement; capital planning management; management reporting; variance and trend analysis
• Ad hoc reporting
• Identify key metrics to drive performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Management Reporting
• Identify key metrics to drive performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

PARTNERSHIP BUILDING

• Work closely with key personnel across the organization to understand and interpret financial performance
• Partner with Region Finance, Operations management, Division finance, Financial Shared Services, Real Estate and internal auditors
• Partnering and positively driving financial performance through operational teams

STRATEGY

• Business Planning
• Problem Solving and special projects
• Financial Management of organizations with location in multi-state geographies

CONTROL AND AUDIT

• Internal control policy, including compliance testing
• Well-organized and proactive

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and/or reduce costs
• Operational finance training

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Heavy modelling with excel and/or Hyperion Planning experience
• Experience in US GAAP accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Working knowledge with Oracle BI, Hyperion Planning/HFM highly desirable
• Strong verbal/communication skills
• Travel required
