Finance Manager manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Being a Finance Manager forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced. Additionally, Finance Manager oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets. Pacific Cycle is seeking a Finance Manager to become an integral part of our Madison Finance team. This role is a key member of the Commercial Finance team and will perform pricing analysis of all of our products. In partnership with the FP&A team, this role will lead the sales budget creation process and provide sales/gross margin analysis and reporting. A fantastic opportunity to collaborate with our internal sales, e-commerce, and product development teams on pricing, assortment, and profitability.
This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.
