Finance Manager manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Relationship Manager (40 hours per week) Medford, OR – Steelhead Finance

Summary:
Provides support to Steelhead Finance by building positive client relationships that contribute to client retention while managing monetary risk. Responsible for approving client funding while making sure the clients account is in compliance. Ensures clients are made aware of concerns and possible issues on their account while keeping a professional attitude. Performs diverse duties in support of, and in conjunction with, the Steelhead team, including but not limited to accurately approving clients funding, building relationships with clients and helping lead the operations staff. Provides excellent customer service and administrative support for Steelhead Finance. Responsible for providing supervision and leadership direction for staff to accomplish strategic goals and objectives of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Develop positive and respectful relationships with clients.
B. Understand and assess the strengths and weaknesses of assigned portfolios.
C. Identify, manage, and resolve portfolio issues.
D. Ensure all client funding considerations are fully analyzed and all approval considerations are within company guidelines.
E. Ensure all client issues or concerns are communicated to the VP of Operations in a timely manner.
F. Work with teammates to ensure deadlines are met.
G. Provide friendly, courteous and professional communication support, including responding to incoming telephone calls, electronic mail and voice mail for both internal and external customers.
H. Promote departmental and interdepartmental teamwork.
I. Understand and adhere to the compliance of all federal and state laws and regulations and company policies, procedures and standards in area of responsibility.
J. Maintain accuracy, neatness and thoroughness in performance of assigned duties to minimize errors.
K. Motivate and lead a high-performance RMA by setting goals and expectations to accomplish managing Steelheads financial risks.
L. Manages the selection, placement, performance, development and termination of RMA
M. Provide scheduling and prioritize workflow of RMA to ensure timely completion of tasks.
N. Monitor subordinate job performance in your area of responsibility and make recommendations regarding job performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
O. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the bank through well defined expectations, policies and procedures.
P. Complete all required internet compliance training within established timeframes.
Q. Attend department and staff meetings as requested.
R. Maintain a satisfactory level of attendance and tardiness as defined in the company attendance policy.

Education, training, and experience:
A. Successful completion of a high school diploma or GED.

D. 2 – 5 years related job experience in a management position or demonstrated leadership ability in an operations area.
