• Maintains daily accounting and general ledger activity including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial schedules, billings.
• Ensures strong business processes, administration, and financial management.
• Assists in Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Reviews and processes payments to/from the company.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
• Overseeing and reviewing work done by the finance team.
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
• Looking into strengthening current internal controls and process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BA or BS in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• 5 years experience managing employees in a finance or accounting department.
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
• Financial reporting & tax filing experience.
• Oversight of multiple entities.
• Microsoft GP experience a plus.
• CPA Preferred.

• $60,000 commensurate with experience
