Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Representative to join our team. As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely payment from customers while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Duties:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Update customer records and account information
- Perform account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities

Requirements

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
