Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Job Summary
The Finance Assistant’s primary job function is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department.
Job Specific Competencies
1. Provides support to the finance team.
a. Primary Administrator of employee purchasing card program including training, maintenance, review, and oversight of program compliance.
b. Coordinate all Finance related meetings, including scheduling, attendance, preparation of agenda, take and transcribe minutes, order meals as needed.
c. Support the annual budget, audit, and UDS reporting projects.
d. Cross-train and support financial team and other office assistants as needed.
e. Management of CVCH Bucks.
2. Provide support to accounts receivable.
a. Manage daily cash deposits, cash drawer reconciliation, and spreadsheets.
b. Manage weekly check deposits.
c. Provide change assistance to CVCH’s medical, dental, and pharmacy departments.
3. Provide back-up support to accounts payable.
a. Enter invoices.
b. Make payments via check, ACH, and credit card to vendors and employees.
c. Manage AP email.
4.Competent in use of computer applications.
a. Microsoft Office including OneNote.
b. SharePoint.
5. Other duties as assigned by the VP of Finance.
