JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBLE FOR FINANCIAL INTERVIEW FOR MEDICAID APPLICATION PROCESS, DISCUSSING FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS/COLLECTING PAYMENT IF NECESSARY, DETERMINING NURSING HOME MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY, OBTAINING DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR MEDICAID APPLICATION, SUBMITTING APPLICATION TO MEDICAID
SHIFT/HOURS: FULL TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK
1ST SHIFT, 8:00AM-4:30PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY
EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
REQUIREMENTS: TWO YEARS RECENT POST HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE IN USE OF COMPUTERS, PROFICIENT IN TYPING, CALCULATOR, AND GENERAL OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: SEDENTARY WORK, OCCASIONAL WALKING, AND STANDING, NEAR VISUAL ACUITY REQUIRED.
