Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and will be skilled in a variety of areas, including sales, customer service, and insurance. The Financial Representative will be responsible for working with clients to assess their financial situations and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to prospect and acquire new clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and regulatory requirements.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with clients face-to-face and via phone and email.

Skills:

- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,700.00 per week
