We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and drive financial performance.

    The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in supporting the finance function by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to assist in strategic decision-making. Reporting to the CFO, this role will collaborate closely with various departments across the organization to gather relevant data, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis to communicate key insights and drivers of financial performance.
    • Partner with business leaders to understand and analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings, summarizing financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
    • Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
