    Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee our organization's ongoing financial procedures and planning. As a key member of the executive management team, the CFO will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis, and negotiations, investor relations, and partnership compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
    • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.
    • Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
    • Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
    • Oversee and manage company's investment portfolio.
    • Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
    • Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
    • Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent role with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
    • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
    • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
    • Deep knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
    • Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
    • Experience in managing investor relations and understanding of the financial market and indicators.
