The Financial Planning and Analysis Intern’s focus is to develop experience working on day-to-day responsibilities and projects related to Financial Planning and Analysis, while gaining exposure to other facets of the Company. This position will work side-by-side with team members and leaders to analyze the Company’s financial performance and support the enhancement of processes and efficiencies for the Company’s internal and external reporting requirements (Senior Management, Board of Directors, SEC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, etc.). This position will also assist with financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including supporting the preparation of board presentations, financial presentations, financial analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects as requested to provide insights and support optimal business decision making.
