• Support routine forecast, reporting and analysis, the annual budget. Scope includes Executive Leadership Team KPI, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Provide meaningful, accurate, insightful, and timely management reporting in an understandable format. Use insights to drive improvements in financial performance.
• Assist in driving enhancements in financial reporting, analysis, procedures, and documentation, as well as systems transitions/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
• The Financial Analyst will be a subject matter expert in financial matters for their business partners and help guide them in making sound financial decisions. They will regularly lead projects commensurate with their expertise and experience.
• Identify and support process improvements and innovations within the Finance team. Creatively solution and work in the gray in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and impact.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another similar related discipline. (MBA and/or CPA is preferred)
• Minimum 2-years of related experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis position with food manufacturing being desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capable of effectively communicating complex financial information to non-financial business partners in an easy-to-understand format.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments across the organization to facilitate results-oriented financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong leaderships skills
• Self-driven, committed, and appropriately assertive
• High degree of proficiency with Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Experience with data analysis and data visualization programs (Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
• Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous priorities
• Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow with the team and organization
