Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst at Q LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. You will be responsible for a range of financial activities including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Review and reconcile financial statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze and perform inventory reconciliations and physical inventory assessments.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
• Serve as a backup for Accounts Payables and Receivables, including collections.
• Create and support a cycle count program for inventory management.
• Manage capital appropriations requests, fixed asset management, and project cost tracking.
• Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
