We are looking for a proven and experienced Finance Controller to lead and manage our Accounting Department. This position requires regular interaction with the executive management team who will depend on the Controller to provide reliable and regular financial reports, to make the best decisions possible. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of creating a thriving accounting and finance department.

The Controller will act as a strategic partner by providing accurate numbers and projections, in a timely manner, thus allowing leadership to make informed decisions in real-time, bringing quarterly & monthly reports to a weekly and daily basis as needed. This position directly supervises multiple employees in the accounting department and is responsible to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, potential candidates for accounting and other high-level positions, with human resources. Training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and coaching team members, addressing concerns, and resolving problems, for those in the accounting department.
