Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Participate actively in the development and oversight of budgeting processes.
- Undertake thorough analysis of financial data and construct financial models to aid in decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.
- Engage in variance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance through comparative analysis of actual results against plans and forecasts.
- Recommend actions based on detailed analysis and interpretation of data.
- Spearhead process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
- Enhance productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
- Maintain and enhance the financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.
- Review and ensure the integrity of current financial systems.
- Provide comprehensive system support to internal and external users.
- Communicate regularly with IT suppliers and developers to resolve system issues.
- Assist the IT team in the implementation of new systems, encompassing system requirements gathering, process development, testing, and user training and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:- Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Work Experience: Between zero (0) to five (5) years of experience in finance, accounting, or information systems roles.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate but may be loud on occasion.
- Work is primarily done in an office setting occasionally at the Corporate Office or job site.
- Occasional road travel is required.
- The employee will be required to comply with all Company and Client policies including but not limited to attendance and safety.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL), and the ability to make independent decisions.The candidate must be self-motivated, professional in demeanor, demonstrate leadership qualities, be adaptable to changing environments and conditions, capable of independent work, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and adhering to deadlines.
