MG Financial, LLC is a small financial advisory firm seeking an entry level Operations Assistant. We are located in Braintree, MA.
This full-time entry level position works directly with all managers within the company to provide operational, administrative and back office support. A critical part of this position's responsibilities is to reconcile client transactions, and prepare client reports. Other responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to) addressing various client, accountant and attorney requests, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors.
No experience necessary. We provide in house training for all components of this position. Excellent opportunity for growth. This is a great position for an upcoming or recent graduate.
