Very fast-paced mortgage lender licensed in TN & MS is looking for someone to join our team to help meet our ever - increasing business needs. We are looking for a motivated, career minded individual willing to learn the mortgage industry, which can be a from-the-bottom-to-the-top opportunity. Experience in finance, or loan industry is a plus, but not required. Will possibly consider higher starting pay for candidates with experience in the mortgage, banking, or finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen telephone calls & emails, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers as well as handle outgoing phone calls as appropriate.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Maintain confidential department files/records
• Customer Service/Communication
• Dependable
• Be polite and professional
• Ability to work in a team environment

Skills

• Good organizational skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Good typing, email & computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
• Strong work ethics, reliable, forward thinking, dress/casual appearance

• Positive attitude, comfortable working in a fast - paced environment under strict deadlines

Pay: $17,680.00 - $26,000.00 per year
