What You’ll Do: 

• Leadership: Guide and mentor team members in the execution of digital content initiatives, providing expertise and support as needed, while also setting clear goals and expectations for the digital content team. Provide Regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement communication plans to bolster Robins Financial Credit Unions brand reputation and ensure key messages resonate with employees, customers, investors, media, and the public.
• Internal Communication Management: Oversee internal communication channels and platforms to keep employees abreast of company news, policies, and developments through newsletters, intranet portals, email updates, and other projects.
• External Communication Leadership: Direct external communication efforts, including media relations, press releases, and managing media inquiries. Foster relationships with journalists and industry influencers to amplify our messaging.
• Social Media Oversight: Lead social media efforts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring metrics, and engaging with our audience across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Content Development: Develop and manage various content types such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics, ensuring alignment with our messaging and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to coordinate communication initiatives and campaigns effectively.
• Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive landscape, and social media conversations to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting communication strategies accordingly.
• Spokesperson Role: Act as a spokesperson for Robins Financial Credit Union, representing our values and interests in media interviews, public speaking engagements, and industry events.
• Crisis Communication Management: Handle crisis communication situations with professionalism and transparency, developing and executing communication plans to mitigate reputational risks and address stakeholder concerns.
