Being a Financial Associate (Corporate) identifies new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the company. Provides details for the SEC registration of securities. Additionally, Financial Associate (Corporate) participates in negotiations with principles and others. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Financial Associate (Corporate) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
