As a member of our corporate marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive top-of-funnel lead generation, define the prospect journey as well as nurturing those leads through a long lead cycle conversion process. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, combining market research with innovative tactics to attract and engage potential leads, while also implementing effective content and lead nurturing strategies through the development of segmented customer journey maps.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Marketing Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that effectively target and attract potential leads, leveraging market research and understanding of the customer journey and segmented target audiences.
• Lead Nurturing and Management: Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement with potential leads over time, providing relevant content and information to move them through the sales funnel towards conversion.
• Lead Qualifying and Scoring: Develop and implement lead qualification and scoring methodologies to effectively identify and prioritize potential Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) based on their engagement with content across various touchpoints within the sales funnel.
• Content Creation: create compelling, high-quality content across diverse platforms and channels aimed at captivating and educating potential leads. This includes crafting materials for email campaigns, digital salesrooms, meetings, VIP engagements, media advertisements, landing pages, videos, webinars, and whitepapers.
• Paid Advertising: Collaborate closely with our digital media team to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels. This includes social media, search engines, and programmatic campaigns aimed at targeting specific audience segments and effectively driving website traffic and lead generation.
• Internal Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as business development, Dynasty Connect and Investment Bank to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
• Website Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve visibility, thus attracting more potential leads.
• Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Requirements

Successful Candidates will have:

•  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
•  4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, marketing agency or sales development
•  This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida 
•  Experience in marketing roles focused on lead generation, lead nurturing and customer journey mapping
•  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, video, and email 
•  Experience using marketing automation platforms to create emails/templates, forms and landing pages
•  Proficiency in content creation and distribution across various platforms and channels.
•  Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
•  Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
•  Creative mindset and ability to innovate and experiment with new marketing tactics and strategies.
•  Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
•  Passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and improving in the field of marketing and lead generation.
