The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Intuit is responsible for company-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. As the central planning group for the entire company, Corporate FP&A plays a unique and critical role in driving business decisions and optimizing financial outcomes. Corporate FP&A determines and communicates financial goals and targets to each of Intuit’s business segments, and then consolidates and monitors financial performance against those goals to ensure Intuit is reaching its objectives. The group is also charged with developing presentations to the CEO, the CFO and the Board of Directors regarding company financial performance.
Reporting to a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A, the Lead Financial Analyst will join a team responsible for the overall financial processes and consolidation of key business results across Intuit. In addition, the Lead Financial Analyst will work on projects to develop strategic data driven insights and partner with key senior leaders to execute our vision of being the “champion of those who dare to dream”.
The Lead Financial analyst role offers significant exposure to leaders and partners across Intuit. The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive self-starter, with a deep understanding of financial theory, proven business acumen, strong analytical and modeling skills and hands-on FP&A experience.
