As a corporate recruiter you will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process; you will source, screen, interview, assess, and submit skilled professional and technical talent that will meet the needs of our hiring managers in all of our divisions at LRS. This process includes technical screenings, assessment tests, face-to-face interviews, fact verification, and reference checking. Hiring decisions will be made by the hiring manager and they will present the offer of employment. You will be responsible for positioning the candidate so that they are anxious to accept our offers.
As a recruiter, you will market our company and our positions to candidates. You will provide them with information about our company history and the benefit package we offer. Even though you will be assigned to specific positions, you can consider candidates for all openings at LRS.
Your recruiting efforts will place candidates for information technology, administrative, and technical sales positions. You will be assigned multiple concurrent positions, and you will have to multi-task to make progress with all assigned positions.
At each step in the process, you will record information and activities in our candidate tracking system. You will develop a full understanding of our processes and comply with all of OFCCP and EEO requirements.

Organization Structure and Interfaces:
You will be part of the 3-person corporate recruiting team and you will report to the Director, Marketing Services and Corporate Recruiting who reports to the SRVP of Corporate Administration.

Salary range: $45,000 - 52,000 base annual salary plus full benefits. This range represents the low and high of the base salary for this position - a commission or bonus plan may be part of the total compensation package for this position. The salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
