We are a boutique Wealth Management firm that has been growing at a rapid rate due to extraordinary client loyalty and frequent referrals from existing clients. We are looking for a candidate with Financial Services Experience (preferrably Wealth Management Office Experience), but who desires the flexibility of a part-time work schedule of roughly 10-20 hours per week, depending on the needs of the candidate (we are open to either).
We recognize that looking for a part time worker typically implies that our candidate has resources that allow them the flexibility not to require a full time occupation, which likely will limit our applicant pool. However if you have interest in working in a fun, fast paced environment where your time and efforts are rewarded, we'd love to meet you!
We serve 135 affluent families up and down the central coast from Paso Robles down to Ventura out of our two offices located in downtown San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. We have a high touch service model that requires our candidate to be great with people, but of course also has great attention to detail and the ability to work closely within a small team.
We currently have 3 employees on staff and we are looking to hire a part time Financial Associate to work out of our downtown San Luis Obispo office (with some remote flexibility possible subject to approval).
If this sounds like you, then please reach out to inquire with us and we look forward to the opportunity to meet you.
