The Associate Financial Advisor is an experienced-level position as a financial advisor, which means a eligible candidate would have at least 5 years experience and active CFP Marks. They support the firm by actively bringing new clients into the firm, running complex financial planning/investment meetings, and providing ongoing service and maintenance to clients. The Support Financial Advisor serves as an in-house expert on running more advanced appointments with potential clients, serving as the point of contact and advice for our eRebel and Silver Clients while helping to coach and mentor Support Advisors and our Financial Coaches. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Effectively work within an Advisory Team environment while assuming leadership and mentoring duties to our Support Advisors and Financial Coaches.
• Develop and utilize very advanced financial planning skills and expertise.
• Identify important financial planning issues and work through to build creative solutions to client problems/challenges.
• Learn and embrace rF's investment/planning approach and philosophy.
• Implement your understanding of wealth management to grow rF and be responsible for AUM/AUA development.
  

Position Requirements:

• You must currently hold a CFP® designation for at least 5 years and have >7 years industry experience.
• Past business development (sales) experience/success is required:
  • Documentation of this is part of the interview/hiring process.
• Bachelor's degree is required, with an emphasis in financial planning or business preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Learns quickly and enjoys collaborating with others to meet challenges.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and GSuite.
