Financial Intake Specialist jobs in Bellevue, WA

• Manage all incoming communication promptly and provide timely responses
• Handle the admission and registration process for incoming children
• Input new referrals into the Electronic Medical Records and Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers databases
• Coordinate interpreter services by scheduling through the interpreter database
• Initiate requests for relevant medical records to facilitate the referral process
• Engage with insurance companies regarding claims
• Ensure compliance with King County contract requirements

• Minimum of Associate's degree with two years relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Two or more years of experience in a healthcare facility
• Solid understanding of the medical field and its clerical functions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management and multitasking  skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in various computer programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience working with developmentally disabled and physically handicapped children/adults
