Are you an experienced accounting leader seeking a role that combines a small-company culture with the resources of a global organization? Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager that offers the perfect blend of leadership, compliance, and international exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month-end close process and ensure SOX/internal controls compliance.
- Coach and mentor the team, with future oversight of AP and Billing.
- Manage fixed assets
- Oversee 15 leases, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Work with ERP conversion
- Collaborate with global teams and senior leadership, including direct exposure to the President.
- Part of a global company with 1,500 employees worldwide.
- Serve major customers who do business in gold, copper, and oil sectors.
- Small-company feel with the advantages of a larger multinational.
- CPA preferred; Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of experience managing month end close with strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution is desirable
