Duro-Last, a Division of Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC, has an opening for a FP&A Manager at our Corporate Headquarters located in Saginaw, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, salary-based position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities that would report to the Vice President of Finance. The starting salary for this role is between $100,000 - 110,000 based upon experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, incorporating analysis of variances and trends.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets across departments.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. MBA or equivalent degree / experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
