Financial Planning and Analysis Director leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the financial team. Conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Being a Financial Planning and Analysis Director reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and leads strategic business decisions. Responsibilities
· Produce and update financial models and analyses using various software applications (emoney, holistiplan, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), keeping meticulous records of interactions and plan progress using the CRM, etc.
· Pre-meeting preparation including making sure agendas are prepared and supporting documentation is ready for presentation by the advisor
· Post-meeting activities including updating client data, synthesizing notes, and completing communications in CRM
· Assist with retirement plan installation and service
· 401k account servicing, assisting plan sponsors with compliance filings and year end data collection, researching recordkeeper and TPA service offerings.
· Producing and maintaining reports and logs
· Sending, receiving, and processing client documents and communications with clients, other professional advisors, and vendors.
· Other activities as needed
