Job Title: Financial Reporting AnalystResponsibilities: The Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare accounting and analysis activities to support Business Unit Finance, SG&A (Selling general and administrative) Finance, and FP&A (Financial planning and analysis).
- Perform month-end close tasks to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Produce and analyze weekly and monthly key metrics.
- Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls (SOX), or other financial reporting standards.
- Conduct or support various business initiatives and projects including pricing, bids, sales exceptions, commission adjustments, testing, and other analytical work.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Essential Functions:- Month-end Accounting and reporting
- Financial forecasts and analysis
- Other accounting activities as assigned.
Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- English Proficiency.
- Five years or more of related experience is required.
- Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and present results
- Proficient in accounting and financial analysis software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
