Summary
As an Accountant/Financial Analyst with INB, you will be part of a team that is responsible for contributing to various functions, including the preparation of daily and month-end reconciliations, assisting in the preparation of INB’s financial statements, making journal entries, conducting in-depth analysis of select accounts, and assisting with INB’s annual budgeting process. This role supports senior leadership by conducting relevant research, providing financial analysis reports to management, and aiding with internal and external audits. Under the guidance of senior management, you will have an opportunity to gain a breadth/depth of knowledge of INB’s accounting functions while serving as a trusted business partner, helping to shape the future of INB.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
· 2-4 years of total work experience required, preferably in financial services or banking
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills are a must. Requires ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally); Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, probability and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Requires ability to use good judgement in making routine and complex decisions; Must be goal oriented and able to achieve individual goals as well as work as a team player to achieve departmental and/or Bank goals; Flexibility is necessary with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel software; experience with general ledger software and Word Processing software recommended.
