Job Description:

The Director of Financial Analysis and Reporting will be responsible for:

• Creating variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leading real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Completing market research and comparable analyses.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
• Manages more-junior financial planning analysts.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

The incumbent must:

• Demonstrate excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• Communicate effectively and has strong presentation skills.
• Collaborate well with colleagues using adept social skills.
• Work independently using project management skills.
• Build strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
• Learn quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements for Director of Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business mgmt., economics, or related field of study.
• 5 years' experience in related position.
• Advanced excel skills.

This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000

• Posted salaries are determined upon education and experience.
