U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Reporting Analyst to help chart our future course! We are seeking an individual with a strong background in Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SMSS, and a strong collaborator as the Insights and Reporting Analyst will communicate insights, feedback and trends with business lines. This individual will be responsible for developing reports for numerous business lines within Consumer and Business Banking Operations and providing analytical insights. This position will also be focused on the creation and development of efficient and organized master tables, and enhancing our existing suite of operational reports .
Duties to include but not limited to the following:
Innovate and build actionable reporting products that are user friendly, intuitive and visually consistent
Combine wide and disparate tables into focused master tables at a source and business line level
Work closely with internal customers to understand technical reporting requirements
Research, understand and determine availability of source system data to be used in reporting
Ensure adherence to established standards for report archiving, retention, sun-setting, etc.
Balance needs of multiple customers with varying deadlines
Stay closely involved in specific projects and initiatives that directly impact data used in reporting
Contribute ideas during recurring priority and status meetings with various business partners
Strict adherence to both internal and external compliance mandates
Cultivate a fundamental understanding of business processes and servicing platforms
Identify and grow a network of internal subject matter experts within each business area
Provide thought leadership during projects and assignments
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the following U.S. Bank locations:
