Financial Reporting Supervisor jobs in Columbus, OH

The Financial Coordinator – Financial Reporting- will support the Finance Team for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, its sister company, The Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern, and related entities under Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ management. This individual will report to the Director of Finance and assist in a multitude of accounting activities, including, but not limited to, the weekly/month end close processes while maintaining accounting principles, best practices, and systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and record merchant processing fees (i.e. credit card fees).
• Gather bank statements and other related bank information.
• Update, maintain and post reoccurring financial batches for estimates.
• Input store inventory files
• Assist in the reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts, including, but not limited to:
        o Bank Accounts
        o 3rd Party Delivery and Online Order Receivables
        o Utility Accruals
• Download and assist with recording monthly commercial credit card purchase reports.
• Run various general ledger detail records for store management and operational directors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The right candidate for this position will share our passion for delivering genuine hospitality along with these additional qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field or 2 years or related experience in bookkeeping, a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (or willingness to learn)
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus
