Financial Reporting Supervisor supervises employees responsible for the preparation and distribution of annual and/or quarterly financial statements for external use. Ensures that all documentation complies with company regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Supervisor may serve as a liaison with external auditors. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Financial Reporting Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     What You’ll be Doing

In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. 

    During a Typical Day, You’ll 

    • Research and Resolve Unidentified Payments and Lockbox Exceptions 
    • Process and Reconcile Credit Card or ACH Chargeback Transactions 
    • Process Client Refunds 
    • Reconcile and Report on NSF Processing 
    • Reconcile Refunds processed to Refund Batches Issued Monthly 
    • Monitor and Decision Positive Pay Exceptions Items 
    • Prepare Daily Courier Packages for Delivery to Lockbox 
    • Document Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Drive Efficiency 

    What You Bring to the Role 

    • 6 months or more of clerical experience 
    • High school diploma or equivalent 
    • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge  
    • Computer experience 
    • Data entry skills (35 wpm)
