Your Role:

As a valuable member of our client-centric team, you'll:

• Assist in client transactions and requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support lead advisors to enhance their focus on business development and new client relationships.
• Provide top-notch support, service, and education to existing clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of communication for client inquiries, addressing issues promptly.
• Liaise with external partners, including Cetera's Executives and key sales distribution network representatives.
• Facilitate paperwork workflows for Advisory and Brokerage Accounts, managing account transfers, and conference calls.
• Prepare financial planning documentation, including retirement projections and asset allocations.
• Execute and calculate trades in client portfolios as per advisors' instructions.

Requirements:

• Series 7 (or Series 6) License preferred but willing to discuss with the right candidate
• Series 66 license (or 63 & 65) licenses preferred but willing to discuss with the right candidate
• Texas General Lines Agent license preferred but willing to discuss with the right candidate
• Clear command of Microsoft and related 365 applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with financial analysis tools and marketing/CRM applications
• Courteous and professional use of the telephone and exceptional writing skills in communicating with clients and others
• This position requires the cognitive skills and initiative/fact-finding skills necessary to problem-solve various client and Advisor issues and requests
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services/similar work environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
