You will be expected to:

• Know your clients and their needs so we can help them
• Schedule and prepare for meetings for your clients and the advisors
• Process relevant paperwork to accomplish client goals
• Be a self starter with strong intuition and critical thinking skills
• Pay attention to details; accuracy is of the utmost importance
• Show up with a positive attitude, ready to work
• Carry yourself professionally in all regards; trust and confidence are key

No experience necessary. We are willing to train candidates with attributes listed above. Candidates with 2 years experience in all of the basics and some of the below may be eligible for a higher pay range:

• General proficiency in pertinent tax, legal, and securities laws
• Scheduling via Redtail CRM
• Meeting prep via eMoney, Firelight, Luma, Docusign, Laserapp
• Investment research via Netx360, Albridge, DST, Computershare
• Processing everything from simple to complex mutual funds, annuities and life insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
