Quest is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate DIRECT HIRE Accounts Payable Specialist position.

THIS ROLE WILL BE 5 DAYS IN-OFFICE!

The Accounts Payable Specialist compiles and maintains accounts payable records.

1 Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

2 Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable check.

3 Distributes signed checks as required.

4 Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.

5 Assists Accounts Payable Manager with vendor inquires.

6 Assists Accounting Department personnel as necessary in an administrative capacity.

7 Prepares cleared checks for storage.

8 Assembles and processes overnight shipments.

9 Assists in monthly closings.

10 Performs filing and coping.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
