Position Summary

The FRS is responsible for collecting on charge-off accounts through effective communication and negotiation with customers through multiple contact channels, as well as obtaining and evaluating financial information for the purpose of negotiating payments for balance in full, settlement, and/or payment plan. In addition to customer interactions, this individual must perform skip-tracing activities as well as document accounts thoroughly and accurately. The FRS will be responsible for meeting defined monthly goals.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am - 530pm (no late nights)

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• English and Spanish Speaking.
• Excellent verbal and communication skill.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Multi-task while navigating multiple windows using a PC.
• Demonstrated ability to be reliable and punctual.
• Previous collections and/or sales experience is a plus.
