Accounts Payable Specialist - Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $24-28/hour
Location: Philadelphia (hybrid schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of invoices
• Entry and monitoring of recurring invoice schedules
• Ensure appropriate invoice approvals are captured
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Matching and reconciling corporate AP credit cards to transactions
• Assist with preparing month-end accruals for the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 2 years of experience within the law firm industry
• 2 years of AP experience
• Intermediate technical skills with MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
