The Role:

As our Administrative Specialist, you are pivotal in defining our clients' experience. Your role enhances our interactions, ensuring seamless and enriching relationships with both new and long-standing clients. Your proficiency in life insurance, SEC-registered RIA procedures, and fixed-indexed annuities is vital in our mission to deliver security, growth, and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly manage annuity and life insurance applications, making each client feel appreciated and supported.
• Oversee new account documentation and ACAT processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process.
• Work closely with our advisory team to enhance service delivery with your organized and thoughtful approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in “Firelight” software with a thorough knowledge of fixed-indexed annuity applications.
• Experienced with life insurance applications, Fee-Based Advisory new account paperwork, and ACAT procedures.

Additional Information:

• This role requires an on-site presence and does not support remote working options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Roseland, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
