 Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation of financial analysis to the Head of Finance and other members of the management team on a regular basis and in close cooperation with the Accounting function.
  
• Support the Finance department with the daily Accounting activities, preparation of monthly shareholder reporting, liquidity planning, forecast and budget analysis, and development of the new controlling framework.
  
• Support in the set-up of the central contractual database as a prerequisite for correct ARR calculation and invoicing.
  
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements in the Finance department.
  
• Support preparation of business plans and financial modelling with implications on the company´s strategy, pricing, new products and business models.
  
• Support digitalization of the Finance function and report directly to the Head of Finance.
  

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science)
  
• Excellent English and German skills (written & communication)
  
• High degree of personal responsibility
  
• Strong data analysis skills
  
• Excellent skills in using Excel
  
• Ability to work with big data using various tools & applications
  
• Ability to analyze financial data fast and efficiently, familiarity with high-level accounting topics
  
• Time management skills to coordinate information from internal stakeholders efficiently and finalize tasks & assigned projects
  
• Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wide processes
  
• Intercultural competence required to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and international company.
