B2B Inside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our new Jacksonville inside sales team. This candidate will be a player/coach who can drive new business and mentor new Sales Development Reps. 

Position Overview: 

As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will spearhead our internal sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and working with the SDR team to convert them into paying customers. Responsibilities: 

• Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities to drive new customer growth. 
• Execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand our client base. 
• Lead and inspire a team of SDRs to exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 
• Prepare and present proposals to potential customers. 
• Help to select, hire, and train new SDR candidates. 
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement and development. 
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment. 
• Previous experience in the fintech industry or related software sales is highly desirable. 
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve excellence. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues. 
• A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a knack for problem-solving. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
