About This Role
The Systems Engineering Manager will develop and lead the Sea Systems Engineering team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The manager will drive System Engineering standards, processes, and procedures. The Systems Engineering team primary focus is the specification and oversight of third-party developed control and communications systems into marine craft. The team also executes or oversees requirements development and management, Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), and Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) modeling.
