This role includes analysis of opportunities & issues, understanding current state business and technology processes, identifying/evaluating proposed solutions, and partnering across multiple teams to deliver new and enhanced capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will perform and support knowledge sharing on value-add solutions, enabling business colleagues to fully utilize system capabilities and enable growth of our client base.

o Work as a team to create and deliver functional user stories (specifications) based on architecture/design/business processes
o Manage implementation of product updates and maintain related application configurations
o Identify opportunities for cross-training support teams for ongoing process improvement
