We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Blair Hill Inn, a Relais & Châteaux designated hotel and restaurant in Maine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities, creating daily and weekly menus, estimating food requirements and costs, and overseeing kitchen staff's activities. They will work in partnership with the FOH general manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Blair Hill Inn is a historic inn overlooking the mountains and lakes in Maine. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, serving a fine dining menu 5 nights a week and casual dining 2 nights a week.
