Job Summary 

As a full-time, onsite Inspections Estimator at RLH Fire Protection Inc., you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, conducting site inspections, and preparing detailed cost estimates for Fire Alarm systems. Your role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and delivering accurate and timely estimates to support our project bids. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this position. 

Essential Duties  

• Evaluate client inquiries and project specifications to determine the scope of Fire Alarm system inspections required  

• Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals based on company rates tailored to the specific needs of clients  

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather necessary information  

Qualifications  

• Ability to pass LiveScan background check for ACE Card 

Job Requirements  

• Valid Driver's License 

Related Experience 

• 2 years min of related Fire Alarm Estimation experience required  

Safety/Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Ability to walk without seating for extended periods  

• This position requires constant climbing, squatting, lifting, and pulling  

• Hand and finger dexterity required  

• Ability to work in varying outdoor temperatures, and indoor cold temperature depending on col box/freezer temps 

Education 

• Highschool diploma or equivalent  

• A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements  

Reports to: 

Division Manager 

Pay Rate: $25.00-$35.00 per hour 

Classification: Non-exempt 

Supervisory: This position does not have direct reporting employees
