Position Overview
The Assistant Fitness Director (AFD) is a member of the club’s management team and plays a key role in the company’s overall success by assisting in leading and managing the studio’s fitness and nutrition programming which includes personal training, small group training, member integration and support. This position requires a driven and energetic professional with a desire to grow a career within B3 Fitness organization.
